Next Up Through the Eyes of Getty Museum

On February 22nd, Deen Babakhyi (@deen.babakhyi ) participant at the Getty Museum’s ( @gettymuseum ) photography after-school program, came to Next Up to shoot some of our action. Deen’s project was directly linked with stereotype in skateboarding, and he wanted to show how skateboarding and education can go hand to hand—-something that we’ve been doing at Next Up for years.  We were honored for being referred by @joekrolick as a resource for Deen’s project. We would like to send a warm shout out to Joe Krolick, Deen Babakhyi, and the whole Getty Museum crew!
