Next Up’s 9th Anniversary

On June 21st, Next Up’s  favorite day, we completed 9 years of existence. In addition to our anniversary, it is also the international Go Skateboarding Day, so we packed a van full of Next Up participants and headed over to the Santa Monica Courthouse to join the Nike SB skaters in an amazing celebration of skateboarding. We got to watch pro skaters like Ishod Wair, Carlos Ribeiro, Leticia Bufoni, Dashawn Jordan, and many more skate and even to take some photos with them. It was also many of our participants’ first time at the legendary courthouse skate spot. After a long sesh do you mean at the courthouse, we drove to Stoner park to skate before heading back to Anaheim. We hope everyone had a great time during the Go Skateboarding Day!
