ART WORKSHOP WITH RICKY LOZANO

We had the honor of hosting Ricky Lozano for our second ART workshop, a widely popular activity here at the Success Lab.  Ricky led the session with a presentation featuring some very diverse artistic styles, with painters ranging from Frida Kahlo to Keith Haring.  Our students were exposed to artistic themes such as style and medium, complimentary color basics, mixing colors, and how to use and care for art tools.  Ricky was amazed by the kids’ excitement and energy and impressed by the immense creativity they displayed.  The group had a fun, productive experience painting their own works of art, which are now proudly displayed on the walls of our yoga an art studio in the Lab!  Thank you, Ricky!  Stay cool!
